Deadlift, Swing, Flip, Right-arm Clean, Deep Squat, Right-arm Press, Deep Squat, Right-arm Press, switch to Left-arm Clean, Deep Squat, Left-arm Press, Deep Squat, Left-arm Press, switch to Right-arm Snatch, switch to Left-arm Snatch, both hands Swing, and finally a Flip with both hands.
