Adrenal Fatigue and Hormone Imbalances

Here is an interview video of Dr. Steven Hotze. It reinstates and give more information what I was saying earlier in my post about adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalances. Adrenal Fatigue is a serious problem. It affects people in different ways and it is caused by different and/or combination of things. Please, take few minutes (it’s about 4 mins video) to watch it. It is very informative and perhaps it can give you some answers to questions your doctors have not been able to answer or explain.

Coach Alicia Fong

As an international strength and conditioning coach, Alicia has had the opportunity to work with professional and Olympic athletes through to performance enhancement for kids and young athletes in a number of sports including Olympic level swimming with Mayumi Raheem, Thiago Pereira, Max Jaben, Andrew Bree, Omar Pizon, and Octavio Alesi, and semi-pro level soccer with Nick Ledesma.

In 2008 Alicia had the opportunity to travel to Malaysia and India to work with one of Bollywood’s top movie stars, Hrithik Roshan.

Alicia currently holds a number of qualifications including OPTS-CPT, OPTS Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Specialist, OPTS Level 2 Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation Specialist and is a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (CKT) through the International kettlebell and fitness federation (IKFF) Level 1
and 2.

Alicia has also had the chance to study and work under some of the best coaches in the world including Mike Boyle, having completed a mentorship with Mike Boyle in 2007.

Alicia has also had private coaching in kettlebell training from Steve Cotter, one of the world’s leading authorities in the art of the kettlebell.

Alicia now owns and manages her own fitness facility since October 2008. The facility provides an atmosphere that promotes active, healthy lifestyles for all individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The facility started as a private gym and is currently open to the public with limited membership. It is now called AFP Center.
